Buffalo hot sauce |

Process the Crackets® in a food processor until fin scrumbs.

In three separate mixing bowls have all-purpose flour, eggs mixed with milk, and combined Crackets® crumbs, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.

Season chicken with a salt and pepper and dip first in the flour, then the egg wash and finally the Crackets® breading mixture.

Drizzle with oil and place in the air fryer, cook at 350°F until golden brown and fully cooked, about 30 minutes.

Serve with buffalo hot sauce, carrots, celery and ranch dressing if desired.
